Wax Assassin is the moniker of 5th generation Detroiter , known locally in Detroit to be in a dj booth around 3am, or elbow deep in the crates at the record shop. He has been hosting community oriented events coming on 5 years and founded Digging Deep as a party series and later expanded it into his own independent label. Raised on a strict diet of midwestern sounds; his all vinyl dj sets know no boundaries, ranging from detroit electro, chicago house, ghettotech, and techno, of course. On a larger scale; Wax Assassin is known on bandcamp as a powerhouse, releasing 8 projects on his own label in the year 2025, and so far releasing at least 1 project a month during the year 2026, with consistent support from underground artists all around the world.
