Le Schlippy is a Cleveland-based DJ known for an expansive musical knowledge and an intuitive ability to adapt to any dancefloor. Guided by instinct rather than rigidness, each set is crafted in real time, drawing from House, Techno, Electro, UK Garage, Bass, Disco, and beyond to create immersive journeys that respond to the energy of the room. Blending technical precision with improvisation, layered textures, live effects, and seamless transitions, Le Schlippy delivers hypnotic, psychedelic, and rhythm-driven performances that prioritize movement, connection, and storytelling. Having shared the stage with artists including Danny Daze, Ardalan, Soul Clap, Farsight, BEIGE, and Huey Mnemonic, they have earned a reputation for thoughtful curation and versatile performances. Andre Leone has been moving dance floors since the rave days of ‘99. After cutting his teeth in Chicago’s house scene where he learned what real house music meant, he’s spent 25+ years delivering raw, groovy, melodic house and techno that honors the classics while staying rooted in the present moment. As one-fourth of the Disfunktional collective in Cleveland, Andre helped build the city’s underground scene before bringing that vision to Hawaii as Disfunktional Hawaii. He’s shared stages with industry heavyweights like Marshall Jefferson, Todd Terry, DJ Sneak, Demuir, Bonobo, and Terry Hunter—holding his own among legends. For Andre, music is healing. He reads rooms for emotional resonance as much as tempo, understanding the cyclic energy exchange between DJ and dancer. His sets create space for release and transformation—chunky funk layered with Detroit’s raw edge and Chicago’s soulful pulse. The dance floor is sacred ground.
